- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$65 for 1 session a week and $50 for 2-3 a week. That includes written workouts throughout the week and a nutrition program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free assessment is conduct first of with any new clients or potential clients. I go over goals, health history, limitations, and nutrition. After that I do a fitness assessment that involves body composition measurements, muscle endurance test, and cardiovascular test.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in exercise science from UCO, an ACSM personal training cert, ACSM certified exercise physiologist, AACVPR clinical cardiac rehab professional cert, and a TRX certification.
