- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair and and straight forward when pricing a remodel. I have done alot of remodels, and the experience and knowledge my wife and I have helps to keep costs down for the customer as well as saving time and money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always approach the customer with a hand shake and smile. I strive to work hard at fulfilling their needs and try to be as fast and efficient as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a hard worker since the age of 8 years old. I have had alot of experience with handyman work and many other hands on jobs. Within the last year I remodeled my mother-in-laws home that went from near condemned to a beautiful home worth twice money it originally cost. She is now living with family and my mother-in-law is excited about her new investment.
