- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system as each customer has unique needs. However, I am very flexible and willing to work with the student on pricing that works for their household.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to understand the needs of the customer before proceeding with a training plan. Once this discussion is completed, I will create a personalized training plan that the customer will review before an agreement is made. I will work diligently to ensure that each customer gains the knowledge and skills they are seeking!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management. I also have spent the last 10 years in a corporate environment where I have facilitated numerous training events. These events ranged from implementing new software applications and processes, to common computer application usage. I am very proficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as general computer operations.
