Introduction: We are a small family owned and operated heating and air conditioning company. We have 26 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC. We always try to fix a unit first before suggesting new equipment. We service all brands of equipment and we install American Standard brand. American Standard/Trane are one in the same owned by Ingersol Rand.
I enjoy being able to provide my customers with quality work at a competitive price. We believe that being honest with a customer and actually fixing a unit versus trying to sale a unit every time we show up will go keep a customer for life.

All staff are exrienced, professional, honest and trustworthy. Brian is delightful and he thinks outside the box in solving problems. I will definitely use Thomas Mechanical again!

The company is very professional, prompt and efficient. The time I have needed assistance they have been right on top of the problem. They are honest and do a complete job. In July of 2016 we lost our unit due to lighting strike. Brian checked the unit but it was too far gone. He installed a new unit and was completed in two days. You can't get better service than that. Especially in July.

Thomas Mechanical has helped immensely keep our HVAC systems running efficiently and is always on top of needed repairs and will even make us aware of potential issues that need to be addressed so that we can plan. Since becoming a homeowner in 2003, this is the first time that I had to step out and hire someone to fix something on our house so I was not sure where to start. Thomas Mechanical responded immediately with a very fair price and had a tech very close to our house and was able to fix our A/C the same day. I was very curious as to how the system worked and the tech was more than happy to explain everything that he was doing without getting upset with me watching. I would highly recommend this company who is looking for A/C service. The individuals that I spoke with were the owner and the tech and they were very genuine in wanting to do the most professional job possible and customer satisfaction is at the top of their list
