Mr.Williams was on time,he also diagnosed my problem once it was just as he stated,he was very friendly and it was very important to him to involve me in what he was repairing,I knew every step of what he was performing.I thought that was wonderful I've never had a tech to involve me in my process.Mr.Williams appeared to be a godly man and was very fair with the price.I highly recommend Williams Refrigeration to all that have any problems with air/heating he also specialized in coke machine.This is the guy
