Cayla is a very nice and personable young woman. I had requested a move out deep cleaning (including inside windows, cob web removal, etc) and got dust, mop and vacuum. Windows and sills were not done and I removed a lot of cobwebs upon return to the house. Disappointed I believe that the job was more than she realized for time allotted. Maybe I should have been very specific with my request but reviewing it again, I believe I was.
