- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting at $75 an hour for Styling and Personal shopper experience including 2 associates. Starting at $90 an hour for wardrobe organization or pack and unpack moving services including 3 to 4 associates. Consultation is always complimentary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get info first before meeting the client on what service they want and what they want to accomplish. Depending on the service we meet either at the home or store. We pride ourselves on making sure our clients have a great experience and hope they will use us again in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+years in the fashion industry including Styling, Photo shoots, Retail, Fashion shows, Event organizing, pack and unpack closets and High end storage facility knowledge for care of garments. Merchandise Marketing degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
