FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commissions are negotiable and depend on a variety of variables (such as type of property, physical or financial condition of property, location, price point, etc.) Beware of "Too-good-to-be-True" commission discounts or "guaranteed sales." Read all the fine print and disclosures before signing up for a "big discount."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is an INITIAL CONSULTATION (No Cost. No Obligation. No Hard-Sell. Ever.) This 20-45 minute conversation is to help us determine if you are the kind of client we would devote all our best resources to help, and to assist you in deciding if we are the right professionals for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
