- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
MY MINIMUM THE FIRST HOUR IS ($120) TO COME OUT TO REALLY SEE JUST WHAT IS NEEDED TO-DO THE; MY HOURLY RATE IS ($60) AN HOUR OR WE CAN AGREE TO A SET PRICE TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I LIKE TO SIT DOWN AND LISTEN TO THE PROBLEM(S) THE THE CUSTOMER IS HAVING ACCESS THE PROBLEM (S) GIVE THEM A PRICE(S) AND THEN MOVE FORWARD IF THE CUSTOMER AGREE TO THE PRICE.

I HAVE A MASTERS DEGREE FROM ARIZONA I HAVE 22 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION/REMODELING INDUSTRY : I SUBBED FOR HOME DEPOT/SEARS/LOWES STORES FOR OVER 16 YEARS INSTALLING FLOORING/CABINETS/SINKS/TOILETS/DRYWALL/TEXTURE/PAINTING/TILE/LAMINATE/VINYL/HARDWOOD/EPA-CERTIFIED/ROUGH FRAMING/PLUMBING/ELECTRICAL/TRIM/TUB-SHOWER ENCLOSURES/SWEAT PIPES/RUN WATER/GAS/DRAIN LINES/DOORS/WINDOWS/COMPLETE KITCHEN/BATH REMODELS/ROOF REPAIR/CONCRETE/STUCCO/ AS WELL AS SUBBING FOR THE RICHMOND/OAKLAND HOUSING AUTHORITY DOING COMPLETE REMODELING OF THEIR UNITS.
