I trained with Shay for about 5-6 months. She is a great motivater,and very helpful with form. She makes sure you do the exercises correctly, not just to finish them. Shay always has smile and an upbeat attitude. Her workouts not only challenge you physically, but mentally as well. Everyday i trained with her i knew i was in for a tough but satisfying workout. Finally what i got most from Shay is that she shows she truly cares about her clients.

Shay is a wonderful person and a awesome trainer. I gain a lot of strength and energy from her classes. And because of Shay I'm still enrolled in boot camp today. I would highly recommend her for sure, no doubt!

My experience with Shay was life changing! She helped me get off the couch and train to run a half marathon...something I NEVER thought I could do! Shay's knowledge of cardio, strength training and nutrition coupled with her supportive push, helped me and many others in the training group achieve. She taught us how to think of ourselves as athletes. This passioned my drive for health for nearly 4 years now. Such an amazing trainer!
