I used Victoria Stephen for my wedding last Fall and she was the perfect planner for my special event. She thought of everything down to the timing for photos, when flowers were delivered, and even planning the music with the DJ. I couldn't ask for a better event planner and as a result our wedding day was stress-free! Not only that but she made sure my wedding guests that had travelled from out of town got transportation to and from the wedding venue, and were treated wonderfully once they arrived to town! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!

From the first phone call I knew Victoria was going to be our wedding planner. She was the only one who asked to be on the phone with both me and Josh. She wanted to hear from both of us and not just me. Right there, I knew she was the right person for the job. From the very beginning Victoria makes sure everything is on track for the big day. She checks in and lets you know what's coming ahead and if you need to call her, she is always available for any questions. She negotiates like a pro and lets you know when something isn't a good deal. She is always honest and only wants the best. She truly listened to our vision and made sure she understood it even though she wasn't really into nerd culture, but I think in the end she enjoyed it ;) She got that I wanted wine barrels and I got lots of barrels! Look no further than Victoria Stephen for your big day. You cannot go wrong. Not only is she organized and runs a good business, but she is the nicest person as well. I'm so happy we chose her. The day of the wedding we had some small hiccups here and there, nothing major and she took care of it like a pro. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Just basically a yes or a no when it came to vendors. Please listen to the reviews. You can't go wrong with Victoria and you won't regret it.

Vicky did an outstanding job as our wedding coordinator. My husband and I both have incredibly hectic work schedules with little time to plan a wedding or think about much else. Vicky kindly took the reigns and handled everything on our behalf, from the smallest details we never even considered to the big tickets items, doing so seamlessly and allowing us to remain completely stress-free. In the end, we had the wedding we exactly envisioned and we owe Vicky all of the credit.
