I customize based on scope. I am quick to send a question to you about a project before offering a quote to ensure the price reflects the needs of the project as accurately as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen! I want to know what you need and why it's needed. You can have the best message ever, but in front of the wrong audience, it will do you no good. I listen to your needs and customize a solution to fit your timeline, topic and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters in communication, a certificate in non-profit management and 15 years of experience writing for every audience imaginable.
