Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Tai Chi Therapy is ideal for those suffering from new hip/knee replacements and helps to prevent falling and other chronic conditions. The benefits for me is when a student/patient tells me he/she has improved more from this exercise than anything else he/she has done and in a quicker time.

I have been studying Tai Chi with Charles Parker for several years and it has been an incredible experience. Tai Chi is an excellent form of exercise, both physically and mentally and can easily be tailored to assist you with physical rehabilitation. 'Chuck' is an excellent instructor and is more than happy to work with you to address any physical limitations that you may have all while still being able to teach at a level that gives you the full Tai Chi experience. Tai Chi is well suited to learning at your own pace and working within your physical abilities. It will strengthen your mind and body and can be enjoyed by all participants regardless of age, fitness level, physical ability, or limitations. Instruction is approached in a friendly, relaxed, safe and stress-free environment. You will not be disappointed.

I've been attending Chuck's Tai Chi class for almost two years this November and have nothing but good hings to say about it! I can count one hand hand how many times I have missed a class because I enjoy it that much. Chuck's personality is laid back enough and yet professional to really help you understand the methods, reasons why to the methods and forms makes it all very enjoyable. I've personally been on a wellness journey for the past 15 years and I'm truly grateful that I've added the art of Tai Chi on my path. The health benefits benefits not only physical but emotionally and mentally have been wonderful! My balance and flexibility has improved and it even has helped by blood pressure. I definitely will continue this art and will continue to be a student of Chucks . His passion and expertise along with a wonderful sense of humor makes the class most enjoyable!!

I've been participating in Chuck Parker's Tai Chi class, offered through the Elk Grove Village Park District, for the past 5 years. About 2 1/2 years ago I had to undergo rotator cuff surgery. I returned to Chuck's class after my rehab was finished, and found that the slow, gentle movements of tai chi definitely helped my shoulder recover full range of motion and improved its strength. Chuck is great about cautioning anyone with a weak spot to "take it easy, yet do what you can." He suggests modifications when necessary. I throughly enjoy Chuck and this class.

I have been a tai chi student of Charles Parker for the last few months. I suffered a stroke in August and completed months of physical therapy, but was looking for something that offered more. Tai Chi promised to be a way to calm my mind and reduce stress along with slow, deliberate, flowing body movements. Although I am a beginner, this practice has given me a way to focus on the positive. Charles has a very easygoing nature and a non-judgmental way of teaching. You are encouraged to do whatever you are able and progress at your own pace. I look forward to class and feel that it is slowly helping me heal and get my strength back.

'Doing it with my husband for years. since we started it, our hart beat rate went down significantly, our blood pressure improved, our physical condition is improving. Don't worry that you didn't exercise for years, this will help you to get back in shape. Excellent for improving your balance.
