Guy has a $150 minimum. But then on profile it’ll say he can do the job for $65. He did communicate prior to anything being set in stone.

Hi Maulik, thumbtack does not have area for us to list min charges but it is common practice in service industry. i do my best to inform customer as soon as request cones to me. with that said, the $65 is estimate based on 1 piece - you have 3 pieces so if i was to quote based on Thumbtacks estimate per piece it would be more than $150 mininum anyhow. My apolagies for any confusion.

I have received many quotes to repair my closet doors in 3 bedrooms. They are very heavy and keep dally off the Tracks. New hardware is needed. Many pros said they would tear them out and install new ones but Handy Helper’s gave me all my options and I could tell he really knows a lot about different types of home repairs. We also liked and trusted him immediately. I’m happy we finally have someone that can do all the projects around our home at a reasonable price.

Installed a wall desk, fixed a toilet (+ helpful advice) and put a sofa together in record time. Unlike other helpers I’ve worked with, this guy was not sitting around milking the hour. He worked efficiently the entire time he was here. And what an incredible help! I’d hire him several times over. Kind, on-time and the quality of work was top notch. Very grateful to have his help!
