- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, events that are within a 50 mile radius and require up to 4 hours total without travel receive a significant discount. Events over 4 hours are full price. Prices vary based on timing and degree of customization of content.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) First I have an intake call to understand their goals for the session so that I can confirm if I am the right speaker/trainer for them. 2) Then I send a questionnaire that helps me to collect all of the information I need to meet their needs for the event. 3) After the session, I send a feedback form to gather what worked well and what could have been done better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold the industry credential as a Certified Profession in Learning and Performance (CPLP) from the Association for Talent Development. I also have a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and over 18 years of experience working with senior executives and Fortune 100 companies. I am a recognized subject matter expert in talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion. I am also the author of several books including Listen In: Crucial Conversations on Race in the Workplace.
