- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing fair and competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically speak over the phone or by email. Go on a visual inspection or look at plans if applicable. Meet with the client and allow them to tell me their needs and I give my input as well. I then follow up with a proposal describing scope of work and cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in construction management and have worked on many residential and commercial properties.
