Introduction: My personal training exercise programs are 100% individualized and specific to every clients level of fitness and goals. My exercise programs are based on promoting health and function in all muscle groups prior to resistance training. This is done by performing free postural and flexibility assessments to address any muscular imbalances and flexibility issues. Only after all imbalances have been addressed will a client move forward with resistance and cardiovascular training. I work to promote functional fitness that leads to an overall strengthen of your mind, body, and spirit. The experiences that I enjoy most about the work I do are when I see a new client become inspired to improve themselves in every single possible way. I am inspired by the effort that my clients put into their programs as it motivates me to constantly better my body and mind. As a personal trainer I provide external motivation but nothing is more enjoyable then watching a individual go from unmotivated and lacking an exercise program to seeing the same individual coming in nearly every day asking questions and voicing their concerns or joys on the process of overall physical and mental health.
