- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a international speaker and trainer for Microsoft Office from version 2003 to the present version. I also teach this software in a fun and memorable way. Read my reviews. People have fun in my Microsoft Office classes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
You see, since starting Help Coach Me, Inc. in January of 2011, I have had the opportunity to work with many clients, from small businesses to high-tech corporations. As you may know I approach each coaching job with integrity, and my presentations have proven effective in improving accountability and teamwork among employees. My background includes a Bachelor’s degree in science with a concentration in business from SUNY Binghamton, and over fifteen years in corporate America as one of the top trainers for a national training conglomerate specializing in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, sales, marketing, and business coaching. This experience, plus the fact that I am a small business owner himself, makes Dan uniquely qualified to understand the problems many customers are facing in today’s tough economic climate and provide valuable insights to increase the bottom line of any business. My students leave my coaching and training sessions with a new mindset. After being captivated by my energy and enthusiasm, YOU too will return to work determined to rise to new heights, work as a team, and be held accountable in the workplace. And, you will have enjoyed the learning process, since I am a firm believer in making learning fun. I teach all levels of office 365 and I know the difference between Microsoft Office 2016 and Microsoft Office 365 ver 2016. Most people do not. I teach nationally and internationally. My international client is Blackstone Financial Service, one of the largest financial companies in the world. Been to London their second largest location. (Manhattan is the largest location) I help people understand Microsoft Office without making it dry and borning. I am all about the process and use these tools effectively

Many Local, National and International Companies. Including the Government such as: Secret Service, FDA, and the Armed Forces.
