FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyone is entitled to a free one! We need to get to know each other and make sure it's a good fit. I'm happy to meet with anyone for a free initial 30-minute consultation
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to use an introductory consultation to get to know one another and take in the 30,000 foot view of their given situation. Ultimately, I have an ideal vision of the process everyone should walk through to achieve financial freedom, but I understand in the immediate that I need to meet the client right where they are. So the initial consultation helps me understand right where a client is. In closing the consultation, I'll review the process and make some simple recommendations for very short-term action steps. In a follow-up email, I'll summarize what I heard, what I recommend, and recap the very short-term action steps. Once I receive confirmation that the very short-term action steps have been completed, or at the clients request, we will schedule subsequent meetings to really begin moving forward.
