Introduction: Just ask my loyal 40 clients. I usually surpass requirements and everyone is happy. I've never had an unhappy client. I know because I cross all T's. :) It's actually fun to troubleshoot and I usually come out with an outcome even better than the client wanted. It's also always a different experience-working with different types of softwares, applications and accounts on all types of devices from computers to tablets and phones, not to mention all different types of people. I get to know my clients personally and stay in touch with many.

Hourly, and after several hours the rate goes down. And also for great client I provide free remote service!

Asses their technical issues and just as important - their personal aptitude to learn or what type of improvement/fix they would be most comfortable with. Talking to you, doing research and observing in order to get the full picture and implement the necessary subtle changes to make your professional and personal life more efficient and enjoyable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifelong love of technology. Growing up in the 90s I really was around at the right time to catch on to all the new technologies. I have also been doing tech related jobs for the past 8+ years as it applies to my degree in advertising and business.
