Hourly, and after several hours the rate goes down. And also for great client I provide free remote service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asses their technical issues and just as important - their personal aptitude to learn or what type of improvement/fix they would be most comfortable with. Talking to you, doing research and observing in order to get the full picture and implement the necessary subtle changes to make your professional and personal life more efficient and enjoyable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifelong love of technology. Growing up in the 90s I really was around at the right time to catch on to all the new technologies. I have also been doing tech related jobs for the past 8+ years as it applies to my degree in advertising and business.
