Calvin came to clean our house yesterday. He was pleasant to communicate with. He did an awesome job. The house was not a nice place to have to clean. He did an amazing job on the wood floors and on the bathtub. He brought all his own really nice equipment. My room mate said he moved slowly and it did seem like that but in actuality I've seen people move quickly and not get the work done so I prefer his style over others I've witnessed. My room mate was also impressed with the results. Calvin was also very pleasant to have in the house which is very important with cleaners. Calvin will be coming back for more cleanings once a month and I will be happy to see him. I feel bad not giving the fifth star and I hope the fault was not mine, but I can't find anyway where the higher quote for the deep cleaning was sent to me. That just makes me uneasy when the price isn't what I was quoted and I did say deep cleaning in the original request. Calvin was very understanding and and met me in the middle which was exceedingly fair and gracious. The price I ended up paying was just a bit more then the price I've paid before for a deep cleaning that was not as good. So his price was definitely market value. I hope to have him here many more times with us doing better to nail down the price ahead of time and I'll come on and give him many five star reviews after his visits. I definitely recommend hiring him. Yes Calvin, I will see you next time. I'm so grateful that you worked with me on the price that I am not deterred in any way and I will try better to make sure I understand the quote correctly from here on out. Thanks again so much.

Calvin did a great job cleaning the house for us last Saturday. He met all our expectations, and was a crucial part of making our house warming party a success. Not only did he do an excellent job, he was attentive to our specific needs, and very enthusiastic! I'm looking forward to our next cleaning in 6 weeks.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is between 25 to 30 an hour with a minimum of at least 2 hours of work for standard cleaning,55 to 65 for deep to deeper cleaning, And price to be determined for Move in/out services. Depending on what the customer is looking to be completed is where the price of certain jobs change.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with a new customer I like to first get a good understanding of the type of work they are looking for. how they would like for the finished work to look. get an understanding of what they like and don't like. for example I can do green cleaning or light to medium chemicals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for the City of Oakland for almost 10yrs as a custodian. So I have OSHA training, chemicals training, floor maintenance, and supervisor training.
