FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For nutritional therapy appointments we start with a free phone consultation so that we can make sure we are a good fit. I'll do a thorough health history and explain my approach. For massage therapy appointments, I will typically take some time to make sure I understand your health goals and priorities for the massage treatment, and then deliver a massage that is tailored specifically to your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For nutritional therapy, I attended school at the Nutritional Therapy Association and received my certificate as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I have over 700 hours of massage training from California College of Physical Arts, and over 5 years of experience in high-end spas and chiropractic offices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had many health challenges of my own that inspired me to become a holistic health practitioner. Massage therapy and nutritional therapy have made an enormous difference in my own wellbeing, so I decided to help others in the same way!
