What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $37.50/hour for ongoing clients, with a 4 hour minimum required for on-site work. For any one-off projects, my rate is $50/hour. I prefer to move to a monthly flat rate as soon as the scope of work is understood.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial consultation meeting to begin to understand scope of work 2. Ensure there is a solid bookkeeping system that is up-to-date; implement a better system and clean up past books if necessary 3. Consult and implement on cloud-based back-end solutions to streamline work processes 4. Analyze financial data, budget, and projections to make plans and set goals for the future of the business.
