I just bought a 1940's house with an unfinished basement. I really wanted to transform the space into a guest bedroom with a connected laundry room. My friend recommended Bright Builders. When I called them, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Michael showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions. He gave me a written bid with all the details broken down to different trades so that I understood the scope of work. He was also very clear with me about the timeline and what to expect. Once we started work, Michael was coming to the house almost every day. Half way through the project, he had an idea for how to better use the space but it required a little bit more money. He didn’t do anything until I agreed. Ultimately, I’m very glad I took his advice because it made the room more open and spacious.

Bright Builders is a very reputable company and it’s been recommended to me by 2 different friends in the valley who have both hired them. I scheduled a meeting with Benjamin and requested a quote for a kitchen, bathroom and some electrical work too. I had three companies give me quotes and I can say that Benjamin’s quote was the least expensive. I asked him why that is and he explained that because they are a small company they have less office overhead and the money can really all go into the job and their time. Obviously, I ended up hiring them. Jason and his crew came and worked at my house for almost 3 weeks. They were professional, on time, and friendly. I had a great experience with them and understand now why my friends recommended them.

Bright Builders remodeled our downtown LA loft and installed a new kitchen, new bathroom, new walls, and all new electrical and plumbing. Benjamin was on site with us every day, always available on the phone, and very communicative and responsible. Remodeling our loft was probably the most stressful thing we’ve ever done and we were glad to have Benjamin there to make us laugh and calm us down. It helps that he’s very funny and relaxed. Many people came and went over the course of a month, subcontractors, an architect, assistants, but Benjamin was always our point person and there was a very clear chain of command. Very relieved it’s done and that we have a beautiful new home. We will definitely use them again.

We hired Bright Builders to remodel my parents’ craftsman home in Glendale. At first, I was reluctant because we had found them online, but as soon as I met Benjamin and Michael, I knew we were in good hands. It’s clear these guys have been doing this for a very long time. My parents barely speak English and Benjamin was so patient in explaining every single thing to them. We ended up doing a two-story addition, and moved the kitchen to a different location. My parents were able to totally upgrade the kitchen and they are soo happy! Thanks guys!

I was looking for an open concept kitchen when I called Bright Builders. It was a complete Kitchen makeover because my prior layout was very dated. Although I met with multiple contractors, Michael made me feel at ease the moment I sat down with him. He was easy to talk to and he understood what I wanted. He also has a military background so I knew he would keep to the schedule and care about thing running smoothly. My instincts were right and the whole process ran according to schedule. I was very happy with the installation team who were very clean and professional. I would use this company again.
