We also handle eviction of tenants serving three-day notice, 30-day notice, garnishments, income executions.
We also offer apartment clean outs, getting apartments ready to rent with before and after photos for each rental. We also deal with codes issues. We can tailor our property management services to suit your needs.
We also do all repair work on homeowner properties, electrical, plumbing, roof work, decks, lawn care, clean outs, etc.

MJL Property Management had been managing our properties for the past 4 months and has accomplished more than our previous management company did in 10 years.
