What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I know people like to just get a quote over the phone or through email. But the best bet and safest way is to meet in person, This way I get to meet you and I can assess what needs to be done and in return give you the best price I can.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in 1996 I was working for a local Landscaper and saw him climb a tree one day and that's all it took. I knew that's what I wanted to do.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you ask for proof of insurance. If you get a quote that seems really cheep it may be that the company has less overhead.
