I’ve been working with Mike at ATO fitness for about a month and a half and it’s been fantastic! His training approach and workouts are so specific to what I need which makes it feel very personalized to my goals. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have structured my prices in a way that allows great options to everyone. I understand the importance of both Time and Money. But am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. So My prices range from $13 per session for the Semi- Private Training (which is most popular with clients) and Max out between $60-$90 per session for my Private Training Sessions (Based on frequency of sessions and length of commitment. Which after doing your research I'm sure you will find is very competitive with the mainstream corporate gyms, where you won't typically find seasoned trainers. What I offer: 1 on 1 Private Training Semi-Private Personal Training Small Group Training The Amazing 12 Transformation Program Sixth Union Transformation Program Bootcamp Style Classes Nutritional Guidance Online Training
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first session are free of charge and the first 30 days will be at a discounted session rate for all new clients. The first session will revolve around completing all of the beginning assessments as well as leading you through an example session of what your individual program will look like based on the personal goals you have. Based on your goals and current physical fitness level, we will create the perfect program that will work with both your schedule and finances. As well as project a realistic time frame in which you can expect to reach your initial goal. I want to not only earn your business, but build your trust in my abilities as a trainer to establish value and generate results.
