- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing typically varies based on time and circumstance, ranging from $50- $85 hr for individual coaching and $125- $200/hr for business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen, listen, listen. Articulating the problem(s) is the hardest part. Nothing can be addressed if the problem has not been fully understood. Root causes are what we seek when looking for problems. Superficial issues are always symptoms and can help diagnose root causes. From there, strategic planning, actionable steps, accountability, and follow through are the next steps. So much of the heavy lifting happens early and then work, work, work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent a decade teaching high school while I completed my bachelor's and masters degrees in developmental organization from Regis University. During this time, I truly honed my skillset as an advisor and mentor. I'm at ease with people and have an excellent bedside manner. In the workforce, I've invested in and grown my own small businesses exponentially, and maintain relationships with companies that I've worked with years ago.
