The team at Mountain Marketing truly assisted me in all aspects of marketing management. From press releases to mitigation of one negative feedback I received that they were able to flip. This team put together by Travis seems to work together seamlessly. I just cannot recall being treated better as a customer, and the results produced - one word: Wow!Feb 22, 2018
Travis helped to grow and attain a strong brand reputation on several different Social Networks, including: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube. In addition to growing my brand, Travis was able to get leads for our business through the use of advertisements; however, the cost of these ads were always included in the cost of our social media budget, so I personally never saw an increase in price no matter how many ads were being run! Travis showed me that he has absolute mastery of social networks. He showed that even within a relatively short amount of time, substantial gains can be made through the use of social networks. Travis really does know what he is talking about and doing surrounding social media. Lastly, Travis helped launch 2 of my products on Amazon. Social Media really helped with the launch of these products in my opinion. Moreover, Travis showed that he is in fact an expert Amazon Seller. He knows the ins and outs of Amazon, he is familiar with all of the rules, and procedures. Overall, I would recommend working with Travis to anyone that needs help either on Amazon or especially with their Social Media Marketing. He is professional, comes up with a plan and delivers on said plan!Dec 12, 2016
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No, I do not have a "standardized" pricing system that is public. I do have a system for pricing out clients - it is based upon the number of social channels they wish for me to oversee, which channels these are, and a content creation agreement we agree upon which includes original artwork.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The process varies based upon which social channels we are working on for that particular client. However, there is the ever-present process of onboarding clients and their social sites, additionally, we are required to learn about the clients business - who their customers are, what their customers read, watch, listen to, etc...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Personally, I started selling on Amazon, then realized I should start coaching others to sell on the platform, simply due to the fact there were so many people being taken advantage of by "gurus". This led to me marketing brands once I had helped in forming them on Amazon. I had a very niche business in which I still sold on Amazon at the time, and well, I found I was excellent at marketing these brands and products! So, I continued my marketing efforts for the brands that wanted it and I also started my own pages two of which are sports related. One of these pages already has 52,000 real likes, my business Twitter account has over 13,200 followers all of which are targeted; the bottom line is I know what works and I know what doesn't and I have not only the followers to back that up but also the track record in former clients.
