Introduction: B.A. Psychology in Education NASM - CPT Training and educating are important parts of my life path. Throughout my experiences working in public education and being a stay at home parent, I’ve learned a lot about how to motivate, foster confidence, address different learning styles and personalities, and how impactful wholehearted efforts with, and interest in, others can be. Giving your best to others encourages them to give their best back. Several years ago I began to think about my eating habits and fitness and made some decisions about what I wanted both for myself, and to be modeling for my family. Through this experience of learning to change the way I eat and exercise, I found the next step in my path of education. My intention is to share what I have learned about the impact fitness, strength training in particular, has not only on physical wellness, but on other aspects of well -being too. Nurturing your body and building strength at the gym translates to caring for your total self and discovering new abilities in all areas of your life. I look forward to the opportunity to give you my best and help you nurture all of your strengths. I work with clients of various ages and fitness levels. It is important to individualize training, and I enjoy the process of challenging and progressing people from their unique starting point toward their specific goals.

If you've been thinking about working with a personal trainer to improve your fitness; stop thinking and DO IT NOW! I've 'worked out' for years, but could never achieve the level of fitness/strength that I was working towards, because I wasn't working hard enough...and more importantly I lacked the correct form. I've been working with Michelle for 16 weeks and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. She motivates me to work hard every single time! I've performed exercises that I didn't think it was possible for me to do. She has a wealth of fitness knowledge and just when I think I've seen all the exercises, she teaches me a new one, so I never feel like I'm doing the same old workout. She's a pleasant and professional person to work with and I respect her expertise. She has an innate sense of clients' stamina and how much weight they can lift/squat/press. I've lost a few pounds because building muscle burns ?more calories, but it is some other smaller changes that have surprised me. For example; automatically standing up straighter with better posture because my upper back muscles are stronger and pulling my shoulders back into alignment with my spine. My only regret is not working with a personal trainer SOONER. So don't wait any longer, get off your butt and call Michelle, today!

I have participated in several different small group classes with Michelle Antosiewicz through Integrated Fitness of Epping. She is a motivating trainer, who genuinely cares about her clients. Michelle is passionate about fitness and she works hard to find exciting ways to train you. She also works with you to reach your fitness and diet goals. She is always ready with tips on proper form, ensuring you are working out effectively. I have gained a lot of useful knowledge and more importantly, feel so much more confident. I highly recommend Michelle as a trainer.

Michelle is an amazing trainer. She will push you to your limits and you'll have fun while you are doing it. She is a stickler about good form and will stop you if you are doing it incorrectly. She has her own personal success story, so she really understands the work it takes to transform yourself.

Michelle is the perfect trainer for me. She keeps workouts interesting, she ensures every body part is worked and she appreciates my need to incorporate cardio into my workouts. Michelle knows when to push you further in your workout and when you have pushed yourself enough. Michelle makes you the best athlete you can be and will work with you based on your PERSONAL goals, not some cookie cutter standard. I highly recommend her as a trainer.
