Terry framed our whole basement (floating walls), and was extremely patient and knowledgable. He was working from our home-drawn floor plans and he had to make a lot of changes on the fly, all of which he was super helpful with. He also ended up rebuilding our stairs as an additional project. We will absolutely be working with him again.

Terry was fantastic! Framed the entire basement by himself and the quality and precision is outstanding. He told me it would take 5 days to do. I wasn't so sure, but he finished on day 5. Even though we added some extra things. We purchased the materials off a list he gave me and it was dead on. Couldn't recommend more.

Terry gave me the best estimate and did it 2 days faster then he originally quoted. He worked on it non stop and completed a basement framing in three days, about 900 sq ft. You'd be a fool not to use him. He's laid back and eats the job done and doesn't jack up the estimate at all! Best experience I've ever had hiring someone!
