- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Compare our prices before your final decision. If you find someone lower, and they are a reputable company we will beat the price. Just show us the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love meeting new customers. We prefer a face to face meeting, but that's not always possible. We will go over everything, and answer any questions you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business for years, and we know how important those special events are. The customer is our priority.
