Washing machine repair, loud thumping during the spin cycle. Used Thumbtack for the first time and Euro Appliance Service was one of the bids I received.
They were able to come the same day, assess the problem, the washer needed new shock absorbers and ordered them the same day. The parts came at end of next day and Anna called to schedule the repair first thing on the following day. They showed up at the time given, fixed the problem, showed me the worn parts and the washer is working now. Since they were able to get the parts for cheaper than the original quote, they passed the savings on to me.
I really am pleased with the whole experience, their promptness, communication and work.
