What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have several different coaching packages available with different price points. The packages range from unlimited 15 minute sessions, a one day intensive session to a 6 month package.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first session I do a Balance Assessment that addresses many areas of the clients life and helps me understand the support I can provide. Using the Balance Assessment, a questionnaire and our initial conversation I customize and individualize the coaching sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Wellness Coach certification from the International Association of Wellness Professionals.
