I had low voltage landscape lighting repaired. Mr. Jackson was informative, professional, and very pleasant. It was very easy to work with him. My project was completed with my complete satisfaction. The problem, and the repair were easily explained to me. If you asked me if I would hire Mr. Jackson again, the answer would be yes. Ted Jackson was very thorough in fixing my problem. He quoted a price and even though it took possibly longer than expected due to the age of the house, he took care of it. In addition, he followed up on a related issue that was created by and ungrounded circuit on another outlet caused by a power surge when the power went out a couple of weeks ago and fixed that as well. I found Theodore on Thumbtack, I put my wiring issue request in at 12:45pm, Theodore responded at 1:00pm, he was at my rental property and resolved issue by 4:00pm. He's now my new go to guy.
