I am MOST pleased to write an evaluation of my association with you, Eric, throughout our ten years of business and personal business relationship. During that period of time I have needed your assistance multiple times to analyse, repair, and consult with myself and my customers on various software products; computer systems; the installations and upgrade diagnosis; etc., etc. And in many cases you would go out of your way to satisfy myself and my customers. I consider myself to be quite knowledgeable when it comes to computers, and being able to take care of my own computer related issues. When I run into problems that leave me stumped, and not knowing what to do, that's when I turn to Eric at Ypaymore.
