- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i am fair and honest. i do not try to sell you a replacement machine unless absolutely necessary. replacement requires if unit is no longer safe for family, parts no longer exists, or cost of parts out weighs replacement of unit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain everything i do before I do it. I give all options. After work is complete, i teach customers on how to save money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
heating, ventilation, air conditioning, major appliance repair, plumbing, electrical
