My prices are based on the event and the number of attendees. Chat with me about your budget and the goals for your event . I offer packages for multiple bookings, speaking and coaching combos and I give discounts for referrals.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I customize my motivational speaking engagements for each event and audience. My speaking topics are never delivered the same way twice. I spend a good deal of time understanding the profession, the event goals, and the attendees so I can deliver powerful presentations.
The best way to share the benefits of the Culture Index is to let you experience it. We survey a cross section of both high and low performing employees in your organization. The results identify exactly why some of your team members are more successful than others and exactly what to look for when you hire. We will help you identify ways to increase performance in your existing team and to utilize current leadership at a higher level of collaboration. The Culture Index is unique in that we also survey the "job." Job surveys allow you to identify the core traits required for success in a position and saves endless hours of time reviewing resumes.
I offer a FREE initial life coaching session so you can "try it out." Each coaching arrangement and process is based on the individual’s needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culture Index Licensee, 15 years experience in Motivational Speaking, over 20 years experience as an executive leader, Certified Executive/Life Coach, Time Management Expert, Entrepreneur and owner of multiple small businesses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent over twenty years as an Executive in healthcare hiring, training and motivating employees. A large part of my roll was Motivational Speaking at conferences, with client groups and with our own internal staff. I developed a good deal of my presentation materials based on issues in my own workplace.

My coaching clients are varied and include clients who want to loose weight, create a higher quality of life and executives as well as young people pursuing career changes or better leadership skills.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The Kansas 4-H Leadership forum is an annual event where they bring in one speaker for several keynotes and some workshops. I am honored to have been selected to work with the Kansas Youth Council and Delegates at the 2017 Leadership Forum! I will be delivering three keynote addresses and a workshop on the Culture Index.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find out if your speaker will customize the topic for your profession and event. Have a phone conversation with the speaker to get a feel for the their tone and energy level.
