FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not reallly, there are way to many variables that have to be discussed and weighed out first. Prices typically run $12 and up to $65 per person. it really just depends on what you want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I get the details of what they are wanting exactly and then I normally draw up menu choices and options and we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have loved to cook since I was a child. I taught Family and Consumer Science classes in the high school setting for 8 years then left teaching to go to culinary school in 2004. I opened my own restaurant in 2006 but the small town I'm from just wasn't big enough to support it so I got into full time catering.
