I believe in training a bit differently and Every Person who has commited to me has lost an average of 30 pounds of body fat in a 12 week program. A split of strength training , interval training , Tabata and nutrition coaching is the key! Watching every client improve in such a short period of time.

Wonderful. In about 4 weeks I have lost a total of 5 pounds on the exercising alone. There is always lots of encouragement from the team, and everyone is so friendly. I look forward to going, and I highly recommend this program to everyone. It's free, it's with amazing people, and it WORKS. :)
