About this pro
Great to work with and came on time and till work was completedJul 3, 2018Verified
I had many small projects after moving into new house and hired Jason & Rodney to hang pictures, mirrors, curtains, and a couple light fixtures. They were prompt and professional but Rodney seemed to rush his work and wasn't very precise. A couple of the things he hung were crooked and we had to re-do. I didn't say anything to them when in my home because it was naptime for my son so I really couldn't wait for them to fix it, but I'm sure they would have. Jason was super accurate and took his time which i prefer than a rushed job, I would hire him solo again. Take a look at the pictures, the Luke letters and pics above our bed were not hung well, but all the other projects were well done and took a lot of stress off.Apr 10, 2018VerifiedJason W.'s reply
Hey Christina. If you'd like for me to come out and rehang the Luke letters and the three pictures I'll be more than happy to. Let me know.
Responded quickly and showed up on time. Fixed issue and was very helpful. Update: The fix failed within two weeks (but that's ok, so far so good), hired again to replace the gas water heater with tankless gas water heater. The installation was very bad, he installed without any service valves or even pressure release and leaking gas line, within 12 hours the water main was leaking too, right on the brand new tankless water heater, I've texted him and did not hear from him for a day, then he said he could not just drop everything to come and fix it, I've asked him to call me when he is done in the evening so we can plan the next today to come back and fix it. He did not call that evening (in the mean time my water main is leaking). As this point I fixed the water main my self and did all the research on how to install a tankless water heater, after doing the research I realized that this person did not know anything about this project and did literally everything wrong, I had to redo both waterlines add service valves, pressure release, redo the condensation line, etc... I texted him to let him know what there is no reason to comeback as I cant trust him to do this right, and I asked for 1/2 money back, I think even that was generous as the only thing he did right was remove the old heater and hang the new one on the wall (I hope he did it right anyway). I've never heard from him again.Feb 7, 2018VerifiedJason W.'s reply
Philip I'm not sure where to start. I responded immediately, and asked when a good time would be to come and take a look at it. Your response was that you didn't want me to look at it you just wanted me to wire you money. we didn't use copper pipe, but we used shark bites which is an approved pipe for plumbing. you said that that was fine. and you said there's a leak in your water main? How so and what would I have anything to do with that? you asked if we could use all of the current drain lines and exhaust vents so that no new holes were drilled and that's what we did. we were also there for an hour after everything was finished to ensure that everything was working properly. and it was.
The quality of work was excellent and the price was very fair. I would recommend Jason to anyone as a contractor who does a great job and keep their pricing commitments. The Installation of the exhaust vent was done with professionalism.Jun 15, 2018Verified
