I am a holistic massage practitioner (HMP) working in the Eureka area. I typically try to make my services affordable and accessible to those who normally would not opt for massage or yoga therapy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know new clients, and wherever your comfort zone is, I'm willing to work with you 110%.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a student of Loving Hands Institute based out of Fortuna and a graduate of their Holistic Massage program, which encompasses Swedish Esalen-style massage. I earned my RYT-200 from Om Shala Yoga in 2017 in Arcata, where I trained under Peggy Profant, former owner of Om Shala studios, as a yoga instructor trained in therapeutic yoga. I am also trained in reflexology, lymphatic drainage massage, acupressure, and cupping therapy.
