- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to speak with the client to get a feel for what they are looking for in a session. I like to get a little information about them, as well as any children that will be joining us! Also, I try to use this information to find a location that best suits them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get a few quotes, and speak with each photographer. Try to get a feel for each one and make your decision based on those feelings. We are all here to help you captures memories that will last a lifetime, but finding the right match is important!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
