Tom Carroll is very knowledgeable in all areas of home improvement. He is able to perform most jobs expertly himself. With larger items, he brings in competent subcontractors and maintains control over the project. He provides very complete explanations of the work needed and offers excellent suggestions. He always cleans and removes debris from the work site at the end of the day. His fees are reasonable and he promptly returns calls.

Tom does an excellent job all around. He is full of ideas and knows how to implement them, receptive to repurposing, detail oriented, very skillful and knowledgable, and really gets the job done properly. We're hiring Tom for a three phase rehab of our kitchen. Phase 1 is complete and we're very happy with the results.
