- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by sq ft. The pricing reflects differently depending on customer specific tasks. Typically I prefer going to a customers home to give the most reliable quote. When providing an online quote, i estimate higher so that if any changes are seen in pricing, those changes will be a price decrease rather than increase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically i go to the customers home and give a quote for services. Then an agreed upon date is scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have sold real estate for 9 years and also have a design/studio art background. I have proffessionally cleaned homes for 2.5 years for both regular cleanings and also to get them "show ready"-whether that be due to a customer selling or needing a sprucing up before a special event.
