Introduction: I am dedicated in helping people achieve their goals and their true potential. I was once in that persons shoes wanting to get "in shape" or live a healthier life. I can relate to anybody on a personal level knowing what it genuinely takes to reach these goals. I have helped several people achieve success in weight loss or strength size and I would love to spread my practice to others who need some sort of guidance in exercise and wellness.
I love being able to see the look on he or she's face when they met their goals. Whether that being increase their bench press by a few lbs or having someone lose those extra inches for their special wedding day. Whatever the goal might be, I will not stop until I see that smile on the person's face knowing they could actually accomplish their goal. I take such pride in that because I love being there every step of the way with them and I was once in his/her shoes trying to achieve my goal. It is such a great feeling knowing you can make a small change in someone's life for the better.

Evan made me actually look forward to working out every day which is not a natural attribute of mine!!! He is very welcoming, warm, and not at all intimidating which is very much appreciated.
Evan is the perfect mix of professional and personable and he really knows his stuff. He helped me reach a short-term very quickly & I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone in search of a trainer. (And if you knew me, you would know I am EXTRAORDINARILY hard to impress. Ha ha.)
I take reviews seriously and I stand by this one 100%.
I've lived in both the US and Europe and Evan Worlds is the best & brightest trainer that I've had thus far. Also, he is super funny which is always a plus. :)

Evan has really helped me reach my fitness goals. He values every minute in the gym and is super professional. I have more energy and I feel so much better about myself! I could not have reached my fitness goals without him!
