I contacted Monica one day before I needed her. I would have to preferred to interview her and have a consultation first but I had a last minute need to have my house cleaned before surprise visitors arrived. She replied immediately via email to say she could arrive at 9 the next day. She and her husband were on time, they are warm and friendly. She explained she doesn't speak much English- but she spoke enough and it doesn't matter at all because this is the best cleaning job I've ever had. She did everything I asked. She asked for $85 and I paid $100 since this was a deep cleaning and the windows/baseboards were very dirty. It's the best money I've spent. They didn't skip any corners, my tile is whiter than it EVER has been. It's always been hard for me to justify spending money on cleaning and Monica has completely changed my mind. I've had two Housecleaners in the past that I've always been satisfied with them. Monica and Andrew are better than both of them. I am detailed oriented and my home is not small or easy to clean. It is such a relief to see every inch of the home clean. Monica and her husband take their time- nothing was carelessly broken. Nothing was untouched - the bedrooms were remade up neatly and the toilet paper folded into a decorative flower. She was also friendly towards my dogs. She texted me when she left the house to make sure I was satisfied and also emailed. She seemed very honest and genuine and I feel lucky to have found her. I'm so happy with the experience that I plan to have her back weekly. If you are debating and questioning whether or not it's worth it, give Monica a try! I've often felt satisfied after having my home cleaned for around $80, but Monica is the first to really impress me. They cleaned far better than I ever could have and I'm HAPPY that I spent the money.

Monica does a great job -- the house is always very clean when she is done. She willing to do additional projects as needed (e.g., clean fridge, windows, etc.). I l also like that she always confirms the appointment the day before and is flexible when I need to reschedule.

Monica's cleaning services did a great job on my house. Monica came to my house to look at it and give me a price. She was prompt, polite and reasonably priced. She was thorough and professional and my house smelled and looked great after she was done. I will definitely be using her services again in the near future.

Monica did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment last week. She was exceptionally thorough, cleaning every corner, drawer, and hard-to-reach space in my apartment. She was very efficient and paid careful attention to detail. She was also extremely professional (showed up on time and was easy to get in touch with when I was the one running late). She is also very friendly and kind. I could not have asked for a higher quality cleaning service and will be hiring her again.
