We do this by ensuring that we improve human performance and therefore limit injury. Also, I take the utmost care in reaching out and keeping an open line of communication. Which allows me to help you create those healthy lifestyle changes/behaviors needed for success. Included with training sessions is a personalized training program, nutrition counseling, and email/text support to answer any questions and help keep you accountable. I enjoy seeing the reaction of people 6-8 weeks after we have started and how they are now making the changes necessary for success.

What makes Hector great is that he listens to your needs and wants from a personal training experience and then builds a program around it. He knows the proper technique, but makes sure that you are having some fun during the process. He quickly learned that I do not like to know how many reps are left (so he keeps track) and that I like to be distracted through the process (so he tells me stories or asks me questions to keep my mind occupied on anything besides the pain!). Lastly, what puts him above and beyond is that he checks-in post-workouts to know what is working and offers support on a personal level such as wishing me luck on a big day at work and/or sending me YouTube links for stretches to ease post-workout pain. I highly recommend Hector!

Hector is a fantastic trainer who is very knowledgeable about personal training and has helped me reach my fitness goals. He has a positive attitude and is very motivating during workouts. I would highly recommend him for all levels of training.

I have been training with Hector since January after running my first half marathon and realizing that I needed some coaching. Not only did he create my custom workout plan for my current goals, but took the time to go over the plan with me to make sure I understood everything that was on there. He continues to check in with me after my workouts to make any necessary adjustments. He is not your average virtual coach, he really does care about your goals and your overall health. I chose to work with Hector because I trained with him in the previous years and grew to learn what he is capable of. Hector is extremely well educated in his field and that makes an immense value difference in the training and coaching he provides. Since January he has helped me improve my 5k time, 10k time and my goal half marathon time. I am lifting strong and smart for my goals and thanks to him I am on my way to crushing another personal record in my upcoming half marathon. Thank you for everything you do Hector!

I’ve been working with Hector for some time now and I enjoy my work out sessions with him a lot, I’m even looking forward to my training! He is very friendly and professional but most importantly, he listens to my concerns and customizes my exercise plan accordingly. My back has always been a challenge and some days are better than others but he always manages to make me feel good and to try to alleviate the discomfort by thinking of new exercises or stretches I can do. He would even help me find alternative exercises to follow through with PT programs. In addition to being an awesome trainer, Hector is flexible with the schedule and always provides a good dose of humor so the trainings are fun and beneficial at the same time!

Hector helped me get ready for a wedding. He challenged me and pushed me outside my comfort zone (running) to incorporate more weight training. He also explained how that would help improve my running and be better for me as a whole.
