this person has the wrong company. We have never done any work in Bothell for over 2 years and going through my contracts and we have no client with that name. And to add.. our deck work is never uneven or shabby. I hope she can find the correct company that did her deck.

Although the project ended up looking very nice, it took three months to complete two bathroom remodels when the original estimate was two weeks each. Most of this was due to poor planning and poor communication leading to delays in ordering materials that cost a week or more at a time. I never felt like I had their full attention or that I was the number one priority, and I ended up doing a lot of work myself. There was some worker turnover during the job and several days on no-shows which led to a lot of disruption of our personal schedules.Nov 20, 2017VerifiedStacey W.'s reply
As I do understand that the job became lengthy. We had some set back on waiting for the customers special order items. Tub. Toilet. Tile. I had no controls over. Despite all of that I had apologised profusely. Not sure what Perry is talking about he did any of the outlined contractual work but I would never depend on a customer doing any of it. Yes. I did have a couple employee problems but tried to rectify it as best as possible while trying to get to other projects that had started while waiting for the customers special orders to come in.
