Introduction: I work with a one-on-one relationship with people by going to their homes or businesses to solve issues and give training. I have been doing this for over 20 years.
I have enjoyed working with my clients of all ages over the years. Most of my clients come from repeat business and referrals. Many of them became my friends, not just clients.

Headphones broke off at the plug-in opening on my Dell computer which meant the sound didn't work and my printer had a paper jam. Joe checked it all out, gave me options for fixing it but in the end I went with a refurbished computer that Joe had updated to Windows 10 and guaranteed for a year. I decided to go with a new printer too. Joe was so helpful and patient, he definitely went the extra mile for us. It was so convenient that he came to my house to do the work. Very reasonable too!
